I’ve never been interested in simply replicating an image and love both the line-making and serendipity that printmaking offers me. Most of my prints are individualised and made in series rather than editioned, for example, mono-prints produced in combination with collagraph and dry-point plates. As a keen and successful photographer I’ve become interested in the way I can merge my photography and printmaking together by using the technique of photographic screen-prints.
I hold the Licentiate award of the Royal Photographic Society (LRPS) and the award of CPAGB of the Photographic Alliance of GB and have had work included in the Annual Yorkshire Photographic Union Exhibition sine 2013. This is a prestigious event in the Yorkshire photographic calendar that had well in excess of 2000 images entered last year.
