Diddly Oms run yoga classes for babies, toddlers and kids centred around you and your child’s well-being. We are there to support them on a journey from birth right up until they are ready for high school. Learning and practicing yoga together. We teach yoga through stories, themes, songs, crafts and activities to help little ones focus their attention, strengthen their bodies and minds and introduce relaxation into their lives.
Demos and a series of ongoing activities and crafts with a yoga theme throughout the weekend for parents and children to drop in and take part. This will include a ‘yoga obstacle course’ and the opportunity to try different yoga postures and games for different ages. Also hoping to create a yoga work of art that families can contribute to.
